Free site visit
We count your bins, check access to the garbage room or enclosure and look at your collection schedule.

A fixed schedule
We wash right after pickup, weekly, every two weeks or monthly, whatever the site needs.

Reports and one invoice
After each visit you get a short report with photos, and one invoice a month for all your addresses.

Pricing depends on how many bins you have and how often we wash them. Multi-address portfolios get a single rate across every building. Tell us about your site and we'll send a quote within one business day.
Questions from property managers
Is there a minimum number of bins?
No hard minimum. Pricing is per bin and gets better as the volume goes up.
Do we need to be on site?
No. We just need access to the bins on collection day, whether they're in a garbage room, an enclosure or at the curb. If there's a code or a key, we sort that out during the site visit.
What bin sizes do you wash?
Every standard wheeled bin, including the large ones common in multi-unit buildings. For containers and other formats, tell us what you have and we'll get back to you.
How long is the contract?
Month to month by default. Seasonal or annual agreements are available if that's easier for your budget.
What about winter?
Washes run from April to November, like our residential service. Billing pauses over the winter.
